At OOFOS, we want you to experience the ultimate recovery; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the return or exchange process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unworn OOFOS shoes in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
